Dr. Kiran Babu N C, having completed doctoral degree in Psychology in the area of Gifted Education from Mysore University, he worked as project fellow in regional institute of education (NCERT), Mysore, and having taught for almost 8 years at various colleges and Universities, with a profound inclination for research in Educational Psychology, Pedagogy and Gifted Education, and having immersed in the areas. Iin addition to learning disability, special education. He has also published more than 50 research articles in various reputed journals including Scopus, Web of science, UGC care and peer reviewed journals. He has attended various national and international conferences. His interests also involve learning new computer-based research tools and applying it in his research field. Dr. Kiran is also expert in Tool construction topics, has good hold on psychometric testing in research. He has also worked as a research consultant for Pvt. Ltd company in Coimbatore. Also, he has also conducted various workshops, FDPs for both teachers and students. Currently he is guiding 6 PhD scholars at alliance university in the area psychology.
