Ms. Varsha Punarvasu
Ms. Varsha Punarvasu provides extensive experience in her role as a facilitator. With over 7 years of experience, she is a licenced Counselling Psychologist, CID-UNESCO Certified Expressive Art Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Social Worker. Her diverse experience enables her to employ a wide range of treatments, including CBT, DBT, ACT, art-based therapies, and psychodynamic techniques for varied mental health issues including personality-related disorders, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and family issues.
Ms. Punarvasu has considerable experience leading workshops and one-on-one sessions for a variety of clients, including children, adults, and corporate teams. She has given more than 60 seminars around India and is experienced in taking training programs for budding psychologists, corporate training like leadership and management, work-life balance, team-play and so on. She has a very holistic approach to knowledge. She employs a multifaceted teaching approach that incorporates lectures and readings for foundational knowledge, hands-on workshops and creative exercises for experiential learning, group discussions and peer feedback for collaborative exploration, case study analysis for practical application, and reflective journaling for self-discovery.
