Refund & Cancellation Policy for Programs:
Reserve seat fee is non refundable for all programsFor Amound paid upto Rs.10,000
  • 25% refund will be initiated if the request by individual is made 10 days prior to the commencement of the program. Applicants can also request to shift to the next batch, 10 days before the commencement of the program. However, no cancellation or refund will be entertained after this period.
For Amount paid more than Rs.10,000
  •  20% refund will be initiated if the request by an individual is made 10 days prior to the commencement of the program. Applicants can also request to shift to the next batch, 10 days before the commencement of the program. However, no cancellation or refund will be entertained after this period.
  • 40% refund will be initiated if the request by an individual is made 20 days prior to the commencement of the program. Applicants can also request to shift to the next batch, 20 days before the commencement of the program. However, no cancellation or refund will be entertained after this period.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for consultations:
  • If the request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% refund will be initiated.
  • Individuals can also reschedule their appointment to a date that is at least 2 days after their current appointment if they request it 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
  • In case of any cancellations from the psychologist’s end, a complete refund will be made to the client.
