These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, subdomains, forms, counselling and training services, events, and publications (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to all services offered by We Avec U Group and its affiliates.

3. Scope of Services

Counselling & Psychotherapy (individual, couple, family, group; in-person and tele-counselling)

Assessments & Testing (non-forensic unless explicitly contracted)

Training & Education (supervision, mentorship, internships, certification, corporate workshops)

Events, Conferences & Research Support
Note: We do not provide emergency medical services. In emergencies, please contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Professional Roles & Accreditations

Services are delivered by qualified professionals within their legal scope of practice.

Psychiatric diagnosis and prescriptions are provided only by Registered Medical Practitioners or Psychiatrists.

Certificates from training programmes are academic in nature and not government licenses unless specified.
5. Informed Consent & Client Rights

Clients are informed about process, risks, confidentiality, and rights before beginning services.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Minors require parental/guardian consent.
6. Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential except when:

Explicit consent is given,

There is serious and imminent risk of harm,
-
Required by law or court order,
-
Mandatory reporting laws apply.
7. Tele-Counselling
-
Suitability for tele-counselling is assessed before beginning.

Client identity and location are verified at each session.

Clients must ensure privacy and a stable connection.

Sessions cannot be recorded without prior written consent.
8. Assessments & Reports
-
Conducted only by qualified professionals.

Reports are shared with clients (and guardians where applicable) in line with law.
9. Training, Supervision & Internships

Trainees may observe sessions only with explicit client consent.

Misconduct, plagiarism, or harassment may result in dismissal without refund.
10. Service Safety & Misuse
Services may be paused or refused in cases of harassment, misuse, non-payment, fraud, or legal conflicts.
11. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Fees and taxes are displayed on service/programme pages.

Payments are accepted only via authorised channels.

Refunds follow our published Refund Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, training material, and resources remain the property of We Avec U Group. You may not copy, share, or publish without written consent.
13. Communications

Essential service-related communications will always be sent.

Marketing communications are sent only with consent and may be opted out anytime.
14. Grievance Redressal

Concerns may be submitted via our Contact page.

We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
15. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

Our liability is limited to fees paid for services within the last six (6) months.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
