We Avec U Group values transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund Policy explains the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our counselling, training, events, and other services.
1. General Principles
All fees and applicable taxes are clearly displayed on service/programme pages.
Payments are accepted only through authorised and secure payment channels.
Proof of payment must be retained by the client.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees (such as seat-reservation or registration charges) may be non-refundable. This will always be indicated at the time of booking.
Payments made for services already delivered (e.g., completed counselling sessions, attended workshops) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Cancellation of a paid session/workshop/course by We Avec U Group.
Technical or administrative errors resulting in duplicate or excess payments.
Valid cancellations made within the specific timeline stated on the respective service/programme page.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of services within the timelines mentioned for each programme/service.
Batch transfers, course rescheduling, or session adjustments are discretionary and subject to availability.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees.
5. Process for Refunds
Clients must raise a refund request by contacting us through the official contact details listed on our website.
Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original mode of payment.
Transaction charges, taxes, or third-party gateway fees may be deducted as applicable.
6. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after services have commenced.
Dissatisfaction with outcomes (as results are not guaranteed).
Breach of Terms & Conditions, misconduct, or policy violations by the client.
